NetComm NB1300 ADSL Modem - Advanced Bridge Mode
In Bridge Mode the NB1300 will simply act as an ADSL modem. The routing features of the NB1300 will not be functional.
By default, the NB1300 has an internal IP address of 192.168.1.1. Either set your computer to obtain an IP address automatically whereby an IP address will be assigned to your computer via the DHCP capabilities of the NB1300 or manually assign an IP address to your computer within the 192.168.1.x subnet range with a default gateway of 192.168.1.1.
- Access the NB1300's One Page Configuration.
Open up your web browser and go to 192.168.1.1.
Username: admin
Password: password
Click OK.

- Configure the NB1300 with your user details.
In the One Page Configuration, enter the following:
WAN Type: 1483 Bridge IP LLC
VPI: 8
VCI: 35
Bridge mode: Enabled
Click Submit.

- Show Advanced Settings
Click on "show advanced settings" to expand the Main Menu.
- Put the NB1300 into G.DMT mode.
G.DMT is the handshake protocol used by the Carrier.
Click on "ADSL Configuration" from the Main Menu.
Select "G.dmt" as the Handshake Protocol.
Click Submit.

- Save changes.
Click "Save Setting and Reboot" from the Main Menu.
Your settings have been saved and the NB1300 will reboot and return you to the One Page Configuration shortly
