You may have noticed a new look and feel for Connexus. We’re trying on some new branding ahead of exciting changes coming later this year.
For now, these changes are happening behind the scenes. No action is required from you. Existing internet services, VoIP and mobile services, web portal, customer support line and bills will remain the same. However, we have temporarily ceased selling services while we are working on our new suite of products. To keep things simple, we have reorganised the website. Customers who joined before April 2019 can find legal information and links in the Legacy Customers section.
Why the change?
Change has always been part of who we are. Connexus is one of Australia’s earliest internet service providers. We started in 1989, originally providing bulletin boards to connect Australia’s universities, then bought dial-up to thousands of homes, then high-speed internet and IP communications to thousands of businesses. Over the last three decades, as the internet evolved, and customer expectations changed, we did too. And we’re aren’t going to stop now.
What’s coming next?
We’re looking ahead, to what ‘work’ will look like in a world connected by NBN, 5G and IoT. We believe that technology can empower people to do their best work, and the time has come to make that gilded future a reality. Our new iteration remains focused on small business and telecommunications. But that’s just the start of what we’re building. We’ll have more to share in the coming months.
